About us
Petar Tresić – founder and guide of Hvar4you travel agency, born and raised on the island of Hvar.
Since I have had the privilege to spend my childhood on the one of the most beautiful places in the world, I got the idea to share its beauties with others.
I have studied environmental protection science in Split and Zagreb and graduated in 2016. However, my degree didn’t give me the satisfaction of working with different people I have longed for. So, I enrolled in a tourist guide class, got my certification and began dreaming of interacting with people from all around the world. In 2017 my wife Anita and I started our own agency and have been working in tourism ever since. I love meeting new people and showing out every hidden corner of my island. Agency is based both on individuals and groups and we can customize every tour regarding your needs.
Every feedback I get keeps me motivated and gives me new ideas for my business. Most of all, I am proud of my Hvar Tuk Tuk tour because it is one-of-a-kind experience here on the island, giving the most unique contact with hidden places of Hvar. Our tour guide Petar was so kind, informative, and a lot of fun! We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about Hvar. We found the ghost town fascinating and were grateful to stop and shop at the local lavender village, thank you! We visited picturesque places and have a ton of memorable photos. It was outstanding. Our guide and driver took us on an excellent tour of the "back" side of Hvar. We learned about the famous lavender fields. He was very well informed and made the history of the island very interesting. I would highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Hvar.
We had so much fun! Petar was so nice. He allowed us to stop whenever we wanted, including to buy some lavender goods from a couple of local ladies. We spent time at the old ghost town. Petar was very knowledgeable about the city’s history. We enjoyed our trip so much!
